Terms & Conditions – General:

    • This offer is valid for mainland UK only.
    • This offer is only open to a house owner who 18 years or older.
    • Offers apply to consultations booked with us in person on any dates 2nd – 4th October 2026, at Grand Designs Live, NEC Birmingham.
    • Consultations are free of charge and with no obligation.
    • One offer and one claim per customer/household. Offers cannot be combined with any other promotion.
    • All offers are subject to a technical survey and consultation; we reserve the right to decline any installation on technical or eligibility grounds (e.g. unsuitable roof, tenancy status).
    • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw these offers at any time.
    • Installation must be completed by 31st March 2027.

    • Offer 1: Buy One Get One Free
    • For every panel purchased, an equal number of panels is provided free - e.g. on a system where you'd normally pay for 10 panels, you pay for 5 and receive 5 free.
    • All panels installed under this offer are Longi panels. Panel model and wattage are specified at design stage, following your consultation and survey.
    • Every panel within a system is of the same make, model and capacity. Paid and discounted panels are therefore always of equal value, and there is no restriction on which panels the offer applies to.
    • Panel type is not selected by the customer. System design, including panel specification and quantity, is determined by Next Energy based on your capacity requirements, roof configuration and survey findings.
    • Under this offer you are charged for half the panels in your system. Where a system contains an odd number of panels, the number charged is rounded up - on an 11-panel system, you are charged for 6 of the 11 panels installed.
    • Substitution is anticipated only in exceptional circumstances. Where the specified Longi panels are unavailable, Next Energy reserves the right to install panels of equivalent or higher specification, subject to written confirmation to you prior to installation.
    • Applies to systems of up to a maximum of 30 panels.
    • Installation and associated works (including but not limited to scaffolding, electrical, battery, etc.) are charged as normal and are not included in the free panel offer.

Offer 2: Win a Tesla Powerwall 3 - Prize Draw

    • This promotion is open to homeowners considering a solar PV installation with Next Energy. The prize is a Tesla Powerwall 3 included free of charge with a Next Energy solar installation, and can only be awarded where the winner proceeds with that installation. Entrants should not enter unless they intend to proceed with a solar installation if they win.
    • Everyone who books a free consultation with us, in person on any dates 2nd–4th October 2026 at Grand Designs Live, is automatically entered into the prize draw.
    • Certas Energy UK Limited is the Promoter of the prize draw.
    • One entry per person/per household.
    • Winner will be drawn at random and announced within 1 week of the show (that is by 9th October 2026), and notified only by phone or email within 7 days, using the details provided when booking the consultation. Next Energy will attempt to contact the winner using the details provided at entry, until 31 October 2026. If no response is received after three contact attempts across email and telephone, the prize will be forfeited.
    • The winner will have a free Tesla Powerwall 3 battery storage system added to their solar quote, supplied and installed by Next Energy as part of a solar PV installation. The winner can then choose whether to proceed with the solar installation and Powerwall, within the validity period of their quote (normally 28 days). The prize is available only in conjunction with a solar installation carried out by Next Energy. If the winner chooses not to proceed with the installation, the prize cannot be claimed. There is no cash alternative and no substitute prize will be offered.
    • Backup protection during a power cut requires a Backup Gateway, which is not included in the prize. The winner may choose to have a Backup Gateway installed at additional cost, quoted separately at design stage. If the winner declines, or the quote expires without the winner proceeding, the prize goes unclaimed. There is no cash alternative and no redraw.
    • Prize is non-transferable.
    • The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails solar@nextenergyuk.co.uk or writes to Next Energy Solutions, Unit 5, Puma Court, King Business Park, Knowsley, L34 1BD within one month after the draw date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please email solar@nextenergyuk.co.uk. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
